Thank you, Gail. He sure misses Hawaii. A move from the islands to Arkansas is a real change in more ways than one. He loves deep-sea fishing.

Could he find an aquarium somewhere nearby where he could be a volunteer scuba diver? My son is a volunteer scuba diver at the big Long Beach Aquarium; he donates all day on Sundays and after work on Monday evenings. He feeds the fish and scrubs the backdrops [fake underwater animals, etc.]. He even gets to talk on the microphone and give lectures through the glass to tourists.

PK, he decided to move to the mainland because he didn't want to be the only family member in Hawaii, since his sister and mom recently moved from there. He divides his time between Oklahoma and Arkansas.

That sounds like a good idea, Jeannieb43. I'll let him know what you said. I know he would like doing something like that.
