The list is found in Leviticus 11, but I don't think that pigeons are unclean.
Turtle doves were an accepted offering of the poor.

Doves or pigeons are clean animals. They're not listed in Lev. 11:13-19 as among the unclean birds, and they eat nuts, fruits, and plants. It seems that the unclean birds typically eat dead animals, or carrion.
