watch youtube in higher quality

If you add &fmt=18 after the youtube link, it improves the quality to 480x360 pixel resolution - instead of 320 x 240 pixels.
Doesn't work on all videos, depends on the original quality.

I have a "YOU TUBE" question/ situation. I can see the images/ video on YouTube, but there is no sound. Any suggestions? I have an AMD 64 WINDOWS XP
