Better to quote accurately. It is "YE search the scriptures......" A much different meaning.

hard to separate them since Jesus taught our doctrines. I don't remember Him teaching the 28 as we teach them now. But perhaps my memory is impaired.

" John 5:39 KJV The focus remains the same, with meaning, for me. Regards!
