Hey. Global warming aint all that bad after all.

According to an article by Bob Reiss ... "The race to own the arctic" ... Global warming has some great benefits that we are experiencing already.

Because of the ice melt .... New sailing routes are opening up. This means big savings. "A container ship sailing from China to New York would shave off more than 3,000 miles by going through the Arctic. Each trip would save as much as $2 million on fuel and fees." The more melting the better.

"Until recently, the Arctic's wealth - which may include up to 25% of the Earth's oil and gas reserves - was too difficult to reach."

So, the answer to our energy problems is to insure that more Global warming developes so that access to the Arctic oil reserves is achieved. And better shipping lanes are opened. This may be the boost to the economy that we have needed.

Sounds kind of like the farmer eating his seed corn in order to get through the famine.

Global warming makes me feel warm inside.

Hmm - poor peoples' countries getting flooded and obliterated makes you feel warm inside? Not trying to be combative, though I know it sounds like it, but this kind of flippancy in the face of massive human hardship doesn't speak to me of a God who notes the fall of every sparrow and numbers the hairs on every human head.

No, it reminds me of that great day when the elements will melt with fervent heat.

And all the things inside, including evolutionists will be burned up. Just makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

God does not take joy in the destruction of the wicked. Is our goal to be like Him?

No not really, that is to say I don't plan to die for evo's.

I am pretty sure God will wipe away all the tears for the lost evo's.

I don't fear for the desolation of the wicked when it comes.

Hmmmmmmmm....According to SDA thought, God is restoring His image into mankind...at least His children.....And Jesus died for the ungodly.....

I wonder if Xians, who claim to be His, should be practicing dieing for others.....

By dying for others do you mean fighting and dying in a war against evolutionists, atheists, muslims, and homosexuals?

There are many Christians who are happy to die for the right reason.
