Gerry Cabalo Registered: 03/20/00 Posts: 7527 Loc: Wilkesboro, NC	IMHO, it was idiotic to rebuild that part of New Orleans that is below water level. Billions of taxpayers money wasted. Sooner or later another hurricane will come along again that will breach a portion of the dikes. So now, everytime a hurricane threatens them, they will be evacuating, and if nothing happens, they will become complacent enough that when another Katrina comes along, they won't want to move! Gerry
