I, for one, am appalled at the entire idea of publishing a book or website focused on this topic. I find it every bit as offensive as I do off-color jokes. (Need I go into that again, or are you all tired of hearing it?)

Cyberspace is ilke the wild, wild west. On message boards, and on blogs people post whatever comes to mind with little forethought and little research. So, i am not that surprised at this.

That book should be titled; "Stuff Some White People Like." Only because there are things on their list that I don't like. #1 for example is coffee. I hate coffee! Oh, do you think that means I'm not white? Or white enough?

My local Starbucks is full of 'them' people..

I don't see how pointing out or even laughing at our differences is a big deal. They are taking some observations and bringing them to light. So what? I've never heard of this book or blog, but it looks like the type of thing I hear as I interact in a multicultural environment on a daily basis. I don't see it as degrading or harmful. If anything, it is making fun of white people.

LOL - I don't like coffee, either, but you have to admit it's the stereotypical white person who can't start their day w/o it or who sits around Starbucks. Of course, that's the American whites; if you go to Europe, it's not that way.
