Once again we enter into the time of the Fall Festivals. not only the Jewish New Year, Rosh HaShanah, which is on Sept 30 this year, not only The Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur, Oct 9, not only The Feast of Booths (Tabernacles), Sukkot, which is a week of celebration five days after Atonement, but it is also the time of the birth of Jesus. Awesome time!

For me, the Days of Awe, the 10 days of purging, repentance and cleansing, are especially significant. For the past two years I have been impressed that this was to be a crisis, a critical time in the history of mankind. It is incredible when one parallels this time with the flood of Noah's time. If you recall, the door was closed, (end of Probation) then it rained, (great time of crisis and distress) and one year and 10 days after the door closed they were allowed to enter the 'new land'.

We ask ourselves, were the conditions of the earth of Noah's time parallel to that of today's scenario. Answer, of course, in every conceivable way. In the world and in the church. Every imagination in the world is directed to self and pleasure, and in the church to worldly events and self righteousness.

Current events are staggering--On Dec 23, 1913 the Illuminati deceitfully inherited the American monetary system and economy. On Sept 27,2008 they are going to complete the task, and have total unchallenged control. Certainly the US Constitution will be suspended in the following weeks and months to come, and we will all be living under a Marshall Law system. Any astute Bible student can easily identify the main characters, as described in Rev 18, those that apostate religion are astride in Rev 17. Finally, thank you Jesus, the time is no longer in the future, but now at hand. Crisis, chaos, disease, destruction; yes, creation in reverse is upon us. Will it be as a thief? It should not be!

Will Laodicea awake-----or is it just a remnant? Jesus called them 'overcomers'.

Every single tangible and intangible fact in today's world resonates imminent crisis, with only Jesus as the solution.
I offer this to you, as I warn myself; take full advantage of these upcoming days of awe to finally and fully give every fiber of your mind, body and soul to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Certainly the seven thunders, the voice of God, and the Holy Spirit will lead His people through these upcoming biblical events, and send us Elijah's crow, and clothe us with not only His protection, but His righteousness.

I can only speak for myself ... but I am ready for Him to come. Come Lord Jesus COME.

It shouldn't surprise us that Jesus would fulfill the symbolism of the Fall Festivals precisely at the time of the Fall Festivals, just as Jesus fulfilled the Spring Festivals precisely at Passover, First Fruits and Pentecost (the Feast of Weeks).

When the Greek ascetics were judging the Colossian believers for keeping God's Festivals, Paul reminded them (and us) that the God's Festivals were "things which are a shadow of what is to come". (Colossians 2:16, 17) Don't be fooled by the Bible translators who have taken the liberty of changing the tense of the verb to try to put God's Festivals in the past tense ("things that were to come" NIV) or have inserted their own words for the purpose of diminishing the significance of the Feasts ("a mere shadow" NASB).
