Welcome with open arms fellow believers who don’t see things the way you do.
And don’t jump all over them every time they do or say something you don’t agree with
– even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department.
Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently. Romans 14.1: The Message

Is there a way to know the exact order of events leading up to the second coming of Jesus? What leads to the Time of Trouble? Is there a Little Time of Trouble first? What leads to that?

Wow. I hope you make a time-line for this. I want to help, but I might not be able to today. I could give some random things.

But some things that I would say might be too offensive for some people. Like the idea that the Papacy is right now calling alot of the shots and setting up a new Inquisition.

I'm not bitter or grudging toward Catholics or w/e. But this is prophecy.

In fact this is a most significant event, and a big step:

Originally Posted By: EGW
In every generation God has sent His servants to rebuke sin, both in the world and in the church. But the people desire smooth things spoken to them, and the pure, unvarnished truth is not acceptable. Many reformers, in entering upon their work, determined to exercise great prudence in attacking the sins of the church and the nation. They hoped, by the example of a pure Christian life, to lead the people back to the doctrines of the Bible. But the Spirit of God came upon them as it came upon Elijah, moving him to rebuke the sins of a wicked king and an apostate people; they could not refrain from preaching the plain utterances of the Bible-- doctrines which they had been reluctant to present. They were impelled to zealously declare the truth and the danger which threatened souls. The words which the Lord gave them they uttered, fearless of consequences, and the people were compelled to hear the warning. {GC 606.1}
Thus the message of the third angel will be proclaimed. As the time comes for it to be given with greatest power, the Lord will work through humble instruments, leading the minds of those who consecrate themselves to His service. The laborers will be qualified rather by the unction of His Spirit than by the training of literary institutions. Men of faith and prayer will be constrained to go forth with holy zeal, declaring the words which God gives them. The sins of Babylon will be laid open. The fearful results of enforcing the observances of the church by civil authority, the inroads of spiritualism, the stealthy but rapid progress of the papal power--all will be unmasked. By these solemn warnings the people will be stirred. Thousands upon thousands will listen who have never heard words like these. In amazement they hear the testimony that Babylon is the church, fallen because of her errors and sins, because of her rejection of the truth sent to her from heaven. As the people go to their former teachers with the eager inquiry, Are these things so? the ministers present fables, prophesy smooth things, to soothe their fears and quiet the awakened conscience. But since many refuse to be satisfied with the mere authority of men and demand a plain "Thus saith the Lord," the popular ministry, like the Pharisees of old, filled with anger as their authority is questioned, will denounce the message as of Satan and stir up the sin-loving multitudes to revile and persecute those who proclaim it. {GC 606.2}

They cannot remain silent, except at the peril of their souls. Christ's ambassadors have nothing to do with consequences. They must perform their duty and leave results with God. {GC 609.1}

This is where God's people start preaching differently.

In fact you'll need to read many chapters in GC.

Put the Assassination of Kennedy, who tried to warn Americans about the global conspiracies where trying to take over our government. Then the assassination of his brother and then Martin Luther King.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BN4itNeh-pE

Waco was a big event. Now our eyes are open. Now we see the Papacy burning "heretics" again.

Waco was a significant event. You need to include all the ridiculous lies the Jesuit priests sent to the media. And most of the SDA church believed those lies for a long time. It Is Written and Voice of Prophecy even repeated those lies that where not substantiated by anything except false witnesses, like the false witnesses Jezebel set up to condemn Naboth in 1 Kings 21.

911 and the unconstitutional policies that where passed because of that. Big step on turning the US into a police state.

The Muslim "heretics" are being tortured in Guantanamo Bay. Put that on your time-line.

The Papacy is right now seeking to destroy any organization that says the Papacy is the Antichrist, like the Davidians, Jim Arrabito, Alberto Rivera, Tony Alamo, Jack Chick, and possibly many others.

But the SDA church is too big for her right now. But the burning of these other "heretics" should frighten some SDAs and weaken them so they will adopt more Ecumenical policies. But those who don't cower to this, will be taken by the Sunday law. They will be killed, imprisoned, tortured, etc, for not bowing to Sunday.

But we have to face more natural disasters before a serious push for Sunday. Maybe an economic crisis.

I believe the 4 winds on the 4 corners of the earth are held by the things people are occupied with. The 4 things Jesus mentioned:

Luke 17:27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
17:28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

1. Eating and drinking
- parties
- entertainments
- social gatherings
- etc

2. Marrying and giving in marriage
- Marriage and starting families
- romance
- dating

3. Buying and selling
- trading
- marketing
- business

4. Planting and building
- agriculture
- industry
- service

When one of these crashes, as in an economic crash, so they will all fall. (just my theory) Then people will be angry and blame God's people for taking these things away.

But these revelations will illuminate the world and none will have an excuse to reject the message because they didn't understand it. The wicked will be sealed and will permanently hardened their hearts. The righteous will be sealed from sin.

I talked about that here:
http://clubadventist.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/186163/Re_When_Does_Probation_Close#Post186163

The wicked will make one last attack against God's people. They will fail. Probation closes. Jesus will step out of the sanctuary, and the wicked will feel their condemnation for 2 weeks and the righteous will stand without an intercessor, (they won't sin).

Then the 7 last plagues.
2nd coming. Resurrection.
1000 years
3rd coming
Wicked raised
Wicked gathered to make war against New Jerusalem.
Wicked destroyed.
Creating the New Earth.

This is just a quick and shoddy draft for now. If it's too confusing, then just skip it. I tried.

Sorry. I wish I had more time.

hmm -- that is a good question ...

John 16 "I have many more things to say to you but you can not bear them now.. when HE the Spirit of Truth comes to you HE will guide you into ALL truth".

2 Tim 3:16 "ALL scripture is given by inspiration from God and IS profitable for doctrine and reproof and correction that the man of God may be ADEQUATELY equipped"

2Peter 1 "Holy men of old moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God".

John 14 "I AM the way the TRUTH and the life"

2Thess 2 "these perished because they did not receive a LOVE of the TRUTH".

No slicing and dicing the text - it is all a product of the Spirit of
Truth and the Love of the Truth is what drives us to accept and desire MORE.

If one Love's chocolate they do not say "no thanks I had a new piece of chocolate four years ago - now I'm done".

in Christ,

Bob

The Order of Last Day Events

The enactment of the National Sunday Law in the US is what will trigger last day events. Please visit my website www.hidden-treasures.ca and read The Order of Last Day Events Vol.1 and Vol.2... they should be ready in a couple of days... there are other books to read there... take a look!

Good insight. You hit the nail squarely on the head this time, Bob.

Thanks for this. It just seems to me that there will be things we know about, such as there being a time when no man can buy or sell, indicating that something will happen that will force the issue. I am wanting to find the "something" if possible. Seems to me that we will have to read between the lines if we want to know what is going to happen. (BTW, how do you figure Jesus will be out of the sanctuary for "2 weeks"?)

I have read the GC of course and am reading it again (last part), but I know that there is more out there. I am wanting to stay away from specific killings and such, even though we can see each one as an event in the overall picture. The Big Picture (in a PowerPoint presentation) I guess I am looking for the "triggers" of the major events.

Sky, thanks for your input. I saw that last night. I will keep reading, but unfortunately I read slowly (thinking too hard I guess thinking).
