Iraqi was the only Muslim country, from what I understand, that gave freedom to Christians to grow, ( partly because Muslims sects tried to enforce (Their particular) Muslims rules on everyone..
He guaranteed Sabbath Freedom to our kids in the Iraqi University, paid for the rebuilding of our Adventist Church in Iraq, and had an Adventist Chaplain in his inner counsel. (according the former president of the Iraqi Mission)
Are their any other Chaplains that have been such in other countries?

I am not aware of any.
However, I remind you of Chaplain (Rear Admiral) Barry Black, who is chaplain to the United States Senate. He was formerly Chief of Chaplains, U. S. Navy.
