Club Adventist

Welcome with open arms fellow believers who don’t see things the way you do.
And don’t jump all over them every time they do or say something you don’t agree with
– even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department.
Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently. Romans 14.1: The Message

jeannie, it s interesting you are mentioning that. You know, i was so angry and tired that God never answered my prayers that i thought to myself'maybe God can t read my mind". SO just two weeks ago i started praying out whispering, thinking to myself that then God would be able to hear me and my chances would increase that God would hear me...

I told God about my plans and stuff, and i am sure the devil doesn t like my plans. Do you think it has something to do with my experience?

Could be.

Let's not give the wicked angels anything more to work with than what they already have. They already know us pretty well, just by watching us during our lifetimes here on this earth. They're not stupid.

But God and the holy angels are even more intelligent -- plus being kind, and loving, and wanting to take us home to heaven!

It'll be such a thrill to talk to our guardian angels when we get to heaven. We'll probably learn about some experiences where we've been saved from doom, even when we didn't realize it at the time!

I had a friend years ago who never prayed out loud because he was afraid that the devil would know his thoughts and interfere with his spirituality. I suppose the devil could do that, but there's nothing the devil will do without the authority of God. God allows things and disallows things. Remember, God is more powerful than our enemy. Our enemy may be more powerful than us, but greater is he who is in us than he who is in the world.
