Dr. Shane Posted April 18, 2007 Author Share Posted April 18, 2007 Good news. I got this PM today: Today I had a doctor appointment to decide the best treatment for my prostate cancer. He gave us (my wife and I) all information that we need about the problem and treatment possibilities and we decided for the surgery. My cancer is not a reason for alarm, he told us. It is small, on a level '6' in a scale that goes to '10', being contained, and the operation will be enough to get rid of it. Nowadays this type of operation is much simpler (not an open incision anymore, but just six small incisions in strategic points to remove the organ). I will be able to get back home the following day. So, I trust that God will help me in that new hurdle in my life, but as I felt His guidance and assistance in so many others in the past, I am optimistic that we will overcome it all easily.
