Halfstep-Denise
My Mom needs your prayers! The doctors discovered a tumor involving the Pancreas. She is being transferred to a hospital in Seattle tomorrow to see specialists. Please pray for my Dad too, as he tries to cope with this news and arrange a place to stay in Seattle while my mom is in the hospital. Thank you in advance! Clio
Oh my... Denise, what kind of test did they do to discover the tumor and can you tell me (PM if you prefer) what her symptoms were/are? We continue to have issues with Mike's pancreas, but tests keep coming back... not great... but "ok". Am praying and worrying for your mom and papa... Please keep us posted! Halfstep-Denise
Yesterday my Mom had an Endiscope procedure and they put in a couple of stints in the blocked head of the Pancreas to open it up. She was also jaundiced. Because of the stints, the jaundice is going away. Praise the Lord. But, the doctors are talking Cancer after seeing the mass. They probably won't be doing surgery to remove the mass because it's too dangerous. Clio, the only symptom she had was pain across her lower chest and back, last Friday. She went into the hospital. Mom is Diabetic but since going to Weimar, her bloodsugar numbers have been good! Mom will be at the hospital for the next 2 or 3 days. An anointing service is being arranged for this weekend. Clio - you and your family are in my prayers too! Halfstep-Denise Quote "God doesn't make junk". - Pastor David Ring

Halfstep-Denise
Hi Gail! My Mom is home from the hospital. The doctors have given her the diagnosis of "Pancreatic Adeno Carcinoma". They say it is a fast moving Cancer and she will see the doctors on July 3 for treatment planning. A beautiful anointing service was held just before she left the hospital this past Sabbath. Pictures were taken and sent to me via the computer. Chris and I are going up to visit the middle of July. I am trying to be positive and yet realistic! I know there are a lot of people praying for my Mom and the Lord can do anything.
