Um, last I heard, the guy has money...and it is nothing to move this amount among other well financed individuals of the same status....He was caught because banks are required to look at PUBLIC figures and any amount above a certain level are scrutinized...this was dubious in the banks eyes [for a public figure] and the FBI was called in.....
