The Iraq War is a Smokescreen!!

Under the smokescreen of "U.S." military, the Pentagon is making war on Iraq for 3 main reasons:

1. Recover the lost Papal States for the Pope.

2. Annex the U.S. and Canada to Mexico!!

3. Militarily maintain the state of "Israel" in order to stop the Protestant Christians from calling the Pope the Antichrist !!

* * * Recover the lost Papal States for the Pope * * *

Before September 20, 1870 , Pope Pius IX misruled the city of Rome and vast lands in central Italy called the Papal States....Gold and silver (real money) from the New World entered the port of Rome and then traveled overland to the Vatican.... That money was used to finance the dreaded Spanish Inquisition!!

In July 1870, Pope Pius declared himself INFALLIBLE....On September 20, Rome was liberated by Italian patriots led by Giuseppe Garibaldi and the Papal States were gone FOREVER!!

The Pope REFUSED to accept the loss of the Papal States....As early as 1864, he published a Syllabus of Errors in which he said that it was a serious ERROR for Roman Catholics to say that he should not be a temporal monarch or king and have his own states!!

As a result, Pope Pius ordered millions of Roman Catholics to emigrate to the United States; take over the government, and use the vast economic and military potential of our beloved country in a hopeless attempt to recover the lost Papal States!!

The only country with sufficient military power to prevent the Vatican from getting back the Papal States is Russia….Russia must be conquered first before the Pope can get back the Papal States!!

Iraq was always a faithful ally and trading partner of Russia in the Mideast....That is why the Pentagon is destroying Iraq–the birthplace of Abraham–the father of the faithful!!

ALL the wars since 1870 have been started by the Vatican in a mad quest to recover the lost states!!

The Iraq war is a smokescreen or cover-up in order to hide a diabolical plot to annex the U.S. and Canada to Mexico in order to fulfill the 1493 Papal Bull of Pope Alexander VI.

In 1492, Portuguese Christopher Columbus visited the island of Hispaniola in the West Indies, after following a map made by shipwrecked Spanish sailor Alonso Sánchez. In 1486, Captain Sánchez’s ship was blown by a hurricane from the Canary Islands to Hispaniola. He managed to find his way back to the Portuguese owned island of Madeira, where he and 4 other survivors died in the house of Christopher Columbus!!

After claiming the island of Hispaniola for Spain, Columbus arrived back in Spain in 1493. At that time, Spanish Rodrigo Borgia was Pope under the name of Alexander VI. Borgia issued a Papal Bull giving the entire New World to Spain and strictly prohibiting any other nationality from visiting there unless they obtained a license from King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella . . . and their successors....That Bull is still in effect today!!

When ruthless conquistador Hernán Cortéz conquered Mexico in 1521, he renamed the country New Spain. According to the Bull of Pope Alexander VI, New Spain now included the entire New World with its capital at Mexico City!!

In 1494, Venetian John Cabot (Giovanni Caboto) landed on the mainland of what is today called Canada and he claimed the New World for his sponsor, King Henry VII of England.

St. Paul said that certain momentous events were to occur FIRST before the end of the world comes:

"Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. (II Thessalonians 2:1-3).

For at least 200 years after the glorious Reformation, ALL Protestant Christians applied that great prophecy to the Papal DYNASTY..... The Christians might have disagreed on other points of doctrine but there was no disagreement that St. Paul, St. Peter, St. John, and the other Apostles predicted the rise, reign, decline and fall of the Papal Roman Empire.

Jesuit FUTURISM changed all that.....To them, ANTICHRIST was far off in the distant FUTURE with a rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem and "Jews" returning to the Holy Land.

This smokescreen called Zionism really gained momentum after the fall of the Papal States in 1870.

I believe that the prophecies of the Bible concerning last-day events will be fulfilled, including the prophecies concerning America, but I don't believe that in order for that to happen, the politicians and popes necessarily have to be conspiring for those things to happen. I don't believe it is the result of some big conspiracy on the part of the presidents and the pentagon, for instance.

It's the same with the things that happened in Daniel's day, in Abraham's time or even in Christ's day. The players often have intentions to defeat God's plans but even in their attempts to defeat those plans, they eventually help to fulfill them. So it is with the end-time prophecies.

Having said that, I do certainly believe that it is important for us who study prophecies to be aware of world events so that we can recognize the way things are developing to fulfill the prophecies. We have to keep an open mind as to how some of these things will occur. No doubt they will surprise practically everybody when they do happen. The last events will be very rapid. Ellen White says they will come as "an overwhelming surprise."

Yes, I would not be surprised if Bush feels as many evangelicals do, that God punishes the enemies of Israel and blesses its friends. That's a popular belief among those who accept the futuristic interpretation of the prophecies.

I'm a strong supporter of Israel's right to exist as a nation but not on the basis of Bible prophecy. I don't believe that Israel's existence in Palestine at this time has anything to do with prophecy, although I can see why some people believe strongly that it does.

I don't believe it is the result of some big conspiracy on the part of the presidents and the pentagon, for instance.

John, I know that it's a conventional view to leave Satan out of the picture, but what do you think he does behind the scenes? Is he just running around causing people to become alcoholics? Wouldn't you think that it's logical to believe that he would attempt to take on the world by means of political power through deception? I know it's uncomfortable to think of satan as someone in your backyard, but as someone out there just causing trouble... but essentially... he offered all of the nations of the world to Christ.

Some overlook this important concept, but I don't and here's why. Let's review the temptations:

1) Turn the stones into bread... and Jesus answer - Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.

2) Jump and let the angels catch you. Answer: You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.

3) Again, the devil took Him to a very high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory. And he said to Him, "All these things will I give you if you fall down and worship me." Answer: Begone, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only.

The third temptation is a very interesting one in light of the previous two. Satan knew who he was talking to. He knew that he is talking to his Creator who chosen to veil his glory and appear as a human being. It's a very difficult concept to grasp, but Jesus could not die as God, and Satan was right about it. That part of of him was immortal, and that what some refer to as "veiled glory", or Jesus choosing to rely on father and not his own might that He surely possessed.

So, the first two temptations revolved around that "veiled glory" and causing Christ to break the resolution thus proving that God is selfish and will use His powers for selfish reasons.

The last one was along the same lines, but quite different from others. What he offered was more than the kingdoms of the world. What he offered was bypassing the cross and all of the suffering that Christians would have to endure after. A shortcut essentially by recognizing that Satan was correct. That's the goal of Satan, to prove God wrong and himself right.

So he did not lie in case of the first two temptations... Christ could have turned the stones into bread and eat, and he surely would not die by jumping off the cliff. But many people doubt about the veracity of the third one. They think that the claim that Satan has anything to give is a lie. I have my reasons to believe that it is not a lie. He acquired, and claimed possessions of many things while here on earth. So, for him to bargain with Christ by means of all of the lost nations and people would only be the last resort step.

In view of this, if Satan can really get some individuals way off track... how do you think he can get possession of the whole nations? Did someone say governments? Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner . This was the case with Babylon, Rome, and soon up and coming US... but these have always been to a certain extend following these culmination of events. The Great controversy is not about struggle of the humanity vs Satan. It's about Christ vs Satan, and we have a very naive view of Satanic control, thinking that Satan just whispers in people's ears turning them to pornography. Under certain conditions he would not need to if people except certain things as norm. Heh, many Christians don't even discuss the issue of Satanic control (by deception of course...) over secular governments. Or does it mean that governments (which consist of people) are immune to it?

I'm not at all denying that Satan is active. I know he is very active, just as the Bible says, he is like a roaring lion seek whom he may devour, and is more active as we near the time of Christ's return. But that doesn't mean that every one from the President to the Pentagon are consciously and deliberately involved in some big, secret conspiracy. Many people are doing Satan's will in our world but they're generally unaware of the fact.
