Don't believe everything you hear and only half of what you see. I doubt that actually aired on FOXNews. If it did, the context of it would likely tell a different store than a single frame without audio. There are groups that are very threatened by FOXNews that go to extremes to try and damage them.

Here in Denver I witnessed firsthand the people who feel most threatened by FoxNews. They are the people who say the United States is a "fascist police state." A FoxNews reporter was inviting them to come on FoxNews and express their views. They were cursing the newsman and screaming for him to leave and shut up. These are people who claim to want freedom of speech.

The demonstrations here have only drawn about 1,300 protesters, not the 10,000 which the organizers had planned and hoped for.

I believe that if the language and objectives of the organizers and groups taking part had been less extreme-- and were more in line with typical Americans-- more Americans would probably have taken part. As it is, the demonstrations have to be considered a failure.

It seems to me that the lack of support for the demonstrations shows that while many Americans may see problems in the US, they don't feel the problems require them to participate in street demonstrations of the kind we've seen here.

But they're not over yet. There are still "big events" planned for today and Thursday.

John 3:16-17

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

Well, FOXNoise really doesn't need help - they do a very capable job of damaging themselves... on a regular basis -

To be fair, This woman apologized the next day, but...

FOXNoise has done this sort of Osama/Obama mix-up before, verbally as well as in their captions...

That and their frequent tendency to "mistakenly" identify embarrassing Republicans as Democrats and praiseworthy Democrats as Republicans. The caption editor should have been fired long ago... but me thinks they do this sort of thing intentionally, or at least as a Freudian slip sort of thing.

Actually this silly word play is all over a lot of the right-wing blogs and forums. Whether or not the screen shot was photoshopped or not, I can believe that FOXNoise would run a story about it.

BREAKING NEWS!

How many houses does Palin bring to the ticket?

Caption beneath a picture of Palin on MSNBC.

Sheesh! talk about lefty-loos! and that proverbial Freudian envy..., no doubt. Who cares how many houses Palin "brings to the ticket"? Goody-goody, on top her - if she and her family owns a whole bunch of them...

My feeling is - the more the bettah. Is this, or is this not the great American Dream? that is, owning a house...?

So, mebbe, some attempt to build their nest egg by investing in Real Estate; admittedly, a losing proposition at the moment.

Sheesh, why is the left so money (other people's) conscious?

Methinks, it is latent or sub-rosa Marxist tendencies.

So sad.
