Joe_in_RP
There is a rumor going around and I wonder if anyone here knew him from the 1980's. I thought is would be good to discuss his background before the details of the rumor.
Members rudywoofs (Pam)
I knew him from the 1970's, when he came to my academy in Oregon to help with "Senior Survival"... a week-long trek out in the middle of nowhere, where all the seniors in the academy were required to "survive" for one week. We learned survival skills, edible wild plants, how to make a shelter, etc. We also used the Great Controversy as reading material during that week. Elder Darnall was very knowledgeable. I know he had a survival training program in California in the 1980's because a friend of mine went to it. He had a passion for wanting to prepare people to survive catastrophic events of the end times. That's why he was at the Academy Senior Survival. Joe_in_RP
Apparently this is old news. I withdraw my question.
