Taylor Posted April 19, 2009 Share Posted April 19, 2009 Eventually the "small private business" is forced to close as the ingredients or supplies they need are sporatically available and may be 4 times the price than it was a month ago. As a result, state run businesses which are allowed the amount they need to make their business run, flourish, squeezing out the small guy.
