True-believer
I found this website: www.bible.ca/7-4-positions.htm It looks at four perspectives that I find very interesting from the Bible alone: 1) The True position taught in the Bible; 2) The False positions taught by Sabbaritarians; 3) The False position taught by the Catholic Church; 4) The False position taught by most Protestant Churches. I'm picking that number 2 above is more biblically based, because Sabbaritarians are reading and studying the Bible truthfully and they do understand the Sabbath better than anyone else because they are the only ones that have really studied the whole concept. What are all your thoughts??? Quote Luke 4:19To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
Members phkrause
Not sure I buy any of what is on that website True-believer. If you want a good book read from Saturday to Sunday by Samuele B (can't his last name). And if you accept EGW as a prophet than I would read her book the Great Controversy. This website does not seem very prophetic to me. pk Quote phkrause Obstinacy is a barrier to all improvement. - ChL

What are all your thoughts??? Number 2 should be read "The biblically and historically accurate view of Sabbath keepers AND of all other Christians and Jews". Because in fact both Sunday keeping, and Sabbath keeping Christians "agree" as do historians and even the Jews agree on the order of the days of the week. Hint - whenever you find an odd website that promotes the idea "all of history is wrong and all of Christianity and all of the Jews on which day of the week it is today " -- you have found a kook fringe web site. in Christ, Bob Quote John 8:32 - The Truth will make you free“The righteousness of Christ will not cover one cherished sin." Members phkrause
Hey true-believer, I'll be the last person to ever condemn anyone for searching to find truth. But if your yourself find that website not that great why even suggest it? And please just read the Great Controversy through and think you will see how accurate it is and maybe you will than find what you are really looking for. Take care and happy reading. pk Quote phkrause Obstinacy is a barrier to all improvement. - ChL
