Administrators Gail Posted May 20, 2010 Author Administrators Share Posted May 20, 2010 In Solomon’s Temple there were ten tables of Shewbread with twelve loaves on each table. There were five tables on the right/north and five tables on the left/south (1Kgs. 7:48; 2Chr. 4:8) with a total of 120 loaves. When I read about how the returned exiles wept over the rebuilt temple because they remembered the splendor of Solomon's temple which was destroyed, I think to myself that I have just no idea how glorious it really was. Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
