Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted October 6, 2009 Administrators Share Posted October 6, 2009 Steven F. Hayward, F.K. Weyerhaeuser fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and author of "The Age of Reagan: The Conservative Counterrevolution, 1980-1989," wrote an ironically thought provoking op-ed in the Washington Post yesterday entitled "Is Conservatism Brain-Dead?" Well... It is if his conclusion is true that Glenn Beck, of all people, may be the one "helping restore the equilibrium between the elite and populist sides of conservatism" by revealing that "it is possible to engage in some real thought." Quote "Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good." "Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal." "I love God only as much as the person I love the least." *Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth. (And finally, the ideas expressed above are solely my person views and not that of any organization with which I am associated.)
