Members phkrause Posted November 10, 2009 Members Posted November 10, 2009 I'm not a Glenn Beck fan. But sometimes he has some good things to say. pk Quote phkrause Read Isaiah 10:1-13
Woody Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 His problem is that he has the emotions of a woman. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Members phkrause Posted November 11, 2009 Members Posted November 11, 2009 Not sure what you mean Redwood. Unless I'm missing something? pk Quote phkrause Read Isaiah 10:1-13
Woody Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 NPR is a joke to me. It is so controlled by liberal thought that I just consider it a joke. Sorry for my bias. It is truly showing. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Woody Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Whoops. I think that was another thread. Are you talking about the emotions? Yes, Glenn Beck frequently cries on his programs. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Members phkrause Posted November 11, 2009 Members Posted November 11, 2009 That only shows me that he is either very sincere or a very good actor. Since I really haven't been able to pin it down. I will wait and see what happens in the months to come Redwood. But right now I give him and all the benefit of the doubt until it comes out that he's not who he says he is. pk Quote phkrause Read Isaiah 10:1-13
Woody Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Well ... as of today ... there is less of him. He just had his appendix removed. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.

Dr. Shane Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I liked Glenn Beck before he got political. I remember the days when he use to say that he would leave the politics to Limbaugh and Hannity. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor... Find me at www.PostumCafe.com Author of Peculiar Christianity
bonnie Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 He's very sincere. When I first started listening to him and not knowing who he was,I thought he may be SDA or at least SDA background. Don't always agree with all but at times he has a very familiar grasp of end time events. He stops short of what happens after the government has full control,I would like to hear what he thinks. He seems very determined we as a country can withstand the government control. Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. It's not your parents, your past relationships, your job, the economy, the weather, an argument, or your age that is to blame. You and only you are responsible for every decision and choice you make, period ... ... Wish more people would realize this. Quotes by Susan Gottesman

bonnie Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 He's got their number alright. It caught me by surprise. The first time I heard him Bush was still in office. He was warning then of the march to socialism and that no socialist country could maintain a christian citizenry if full blown socialism took over. Guest Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I voted for Bush twice because he was the far lesser of two evils. But he actually did do us a lot of harm. He's the one who started the bailouts. Quote
bonnie Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Have you seen the ad from Costco? Selling emergency rations. Don't remember how long it was to last but it was relatively cheap. Some of the young moms I deal with are stockpiling food. Not as in the Mormon sense but the economy. Most are pregnant with their first baby and either don't plan on continuing to work or not sure their job will be there. They latch on to every coupon they can find and are stock piling canned goods, dry milk etc. As young as they are they seem to see the handwriting on the wall and know a lot harder times are ahead Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make. He's the one who started the bailouts. Yup,I believe he is a honest sincere man but laid the groundwork. I will give him credit tho,he was not power mad and what he did, even if wrong was not to grab the power like the one in office. Quote Everything you do is based on the choices you make.
