The full impact won't be felt for awhile but it will come. The rich can afford to quit working and the middle class is sunk. The poor will be fine as their welfare checks will keep coming yet. All of this is for a small number of chronically uninsured,yet they CBO and others has said very emphatically,at the end of the day we will still have about the same amount without insurance and that will go up every year.
