In the end it will be a fantastic success just like Social Security and the Great Society programs. Obama will go into the history books like FDR and LBJ. If Jesus doesn't return quickly, I am sure I will live to see an Obama memorial built in the capital. There aren't any kinks.There is symply rising insurance costs and jobs lost because of it.
