Moderators Bravus Posted November 10, 2010 Moderators Share Posted November 10, 2010 Remnant, it comes down to credibility. You made an incorrect statement: that the guillotine is mandated in 50 states. You provided the link to the Georgia bill. I demonstrated that the guillotine is *not* mandated in Georgia, and asked you to provide evidence about the other states. You refused. Rather than step back and say "I had read on the web that guillotines were mandated in 50 states, but I must have been misinformed and that's not the case", or whatever other form of words was appropriate, you attacked the messenger. You also redirected to the claim that FEMA was buying guillotines, but still haven't provided evidence to support that claim. How can we believe your witness about the other things you post if you bear false witness about this? Spiritual things are spiritually discerned, and can be difficult, but these are simple matters of fact. Believe it or not, this post is not an attack on you, it's an attempt to help you be more effective in sharing the substance of what you are trying to share. Administrators Gail Posted November 11, 2010 Administrators Share Posted November 11, 2010 Remnant, I have a couple of questions: What happens to a person's brain when the person focuses a lot on the evil in the world? What good would it be for me to have the information you are trying to share? I know that Satan is evil, and that perilous times will come. I trust in God everyday to bring me though whatever the day holds. Is it important for me to know more? I already can't handle the bad news on TV because it is so depressing and disheartening! We know where we are going... Wouldn't it be better to aim our eyes on what will bring us through? Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

We truly don't need to focus on all the potential and real disasters and economic/political problems. Jesus us coming soon and we should be focused on Him. He is more than able to care for us in the coming crisis and He has promised to do so. That should be the end of all this fear mongering. Administrators Tom Wetmore Posted November 11, 2010 Administrators Share Posted November 11, 2010 The description of the saints in Revelation is that they "follow the Lamb wherever he goes." That requires keeping our eyes fixed on the Lamb. This is the only approach that we can take to get through to the end. It is the best approach to understanding the message for us in Revelation. It is amazing how everything else diminishes into insignificance as we do this. Quote "Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good." "Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal." "I love God only as much as the person I love the least." *Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth. remnant
Quote: We know where we are going... Wouldn't it be better to aim our eyes on what will bring us through? Don't lose focus on what I am saying. The information that I am trying to share is to be prepared and have a good plan for a desaster. Work with your neighbors and others to accomplish this. So often we go our own way and never think about the people around us. That needs to change. Hold your politicans and officials to a higher standard. We give them power, so they must do good even more than us or face the consequences. When we learn something new we must practice it. The bible is full of teachings, so we learn. Practice the sayings, not only the words but the actions more so. This is believing and trusting in the Lord. Continuously practice doing righteous things. These are the instructions I stand by. I direct evildoers to focus on there evil consequences. The sheep shall reside in peace. But the sheep knows the master's voice. They do his will. The Lord's prayer gives a good example on how his sheep think. Matthew 6:9–13 I said this prayer daily for over 10 years. I decifered it many times. I slowly grew in understanding to what it was saying. We must surrender to righteousness.
Administrators Gail Posted November 12, 2010 Administrators Share Posted November 12, 2010 The other notion that I have pondered many times is: When we repeat to others all the conspiracies that we discover and Satan's schemes, are we in fact glorifying Satan? Why don't we declare the power of God- in our lives and in the Great Controversy battle? remnant
The other notion that I have pondered many times is: When we repeat to others all the conspiracies that we discover and Satan's schemes, are we in fact glorifying Satan? Why don't we declare the power of God- in our lives and in the Great Controversy battle? If you consider yourself a true believer, Romans 14 and 15, can justify you to me and me to you. But I say to you, many are not believers at all. People are living under complete deception. I don't mock them, but I only pray for them. I know they will continue to cause others to stumble. All the true believers out there should have no pregudices. Substitute them with reason. I know this country has taught you wrong and all of what you know to be right, will be re-defined. Try not be deceived. Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if possible, they shall deceive the very elect. My exact thoughts. Come on Remnant, don't just throw that out there and than leave it at that. From what I've heard from many prominent pastors and from what I've read in Revelations, Satan himself is "the" very prominent false Christ. remnant
MATTHEW 12:1-37 HELPS ME PRESENT THIS ISSUE WITH HELP FROM REVELATION 13:10 This story tickled me when I read it. Matthew 12:1-14. I call this the busy Sabbath. When the Lord crossed their sacred ways they wanted to kill him. Who has sacred ways? **1 At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred , and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat . 2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold , thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day. 3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did , when he was an hungred , and they that were with him; 4 How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread , which was not lawful for him to eat , neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests? 5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless? 6 But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple. 7 But if ye had known what this meaneth , I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless. 8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day. 9 And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue: 10 And, behold , there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying , Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him. 11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out ? 12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days. 13 Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth ; and it was restored whole, like as the other. 14 Then the Pharisees went out , and held a council against him, how they might destroy him.** The plot thickens! Who dare follow me? What I know will offend people. Let's go on. Matthew 12:15-21. The Lord is peaceful even when his enemy follows him. **15 But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all; 16 And charged them that they should not make him known: 17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying , 18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen ; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased : I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles. 19 He shall not strive , nor cry ; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets. 20 A bruised reed shall he not break , and smoking flax shall he not quench , till he send forth judgment unto victory. 21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.** Matthew 12:22,23. What I bring will make the demon possessed see and talk. **22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil , blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw . 23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David?** Matthew 12:24-27. I know many will not like what I have to say. All the nations of the world are dividing against themselves. Through chaos they want to bring order, hence One World Government. **24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said , This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils. 25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation ; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand : 26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? 27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.** Matthew 12:28. The story went this way. Can you imagine my claim being correct? **28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. ** Matthew 12:29. The Jews sinned and Satan tied them up. The curse bounded them for 2000+ years. Salvation is of the Jews, no one else! **29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.** Matthew 12:30-34. Warning to deceivers that raid the house of the Jews! I'm not sure when it all started to go bad, but when that image of Christ was made by the vatican, the teaching started. **30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad . 31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come . 33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye , being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.** Matthew 12:35-37. They also ordered the famous painters of old to deceive the world, this system of the bible was doomed. The powers of this world came together to teach salvation while killing saints. **35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak , they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified , and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.** Revelation 13:10 **He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.** Today's mainstream christian church is of the false Christ. This church has spun it's web all over the world, while killing the weak and innocent. The picture of Christ is of a man you will put to shame if you knew about him. Yes, he and his whole family was devoted to Satan. His name is Cesare Borgia. His story is a very ugly one. When you visualize him, think of the hidden crimes going on in some of the churches today.
