Amelia, On second thought, Sman might have something....Perhaps you can go to one of those "rent-a-pet" places and rent an elephant for the day for those noisy neighbors that you do have...It would at least give them something to talk about rather than arguing with each other.... plus, the free fertilizer for thier potted plants cant be beat... It's truly amazing how loud these people are.
