The Curry Coastal Pilot is a community newspaper serving Curry County on the Southern Oregon Coast from Brookings, Oregon

Phone harassment, 5:07 p.m.: Some kids never grow up. A 55-year-old man was suspected of placing harassing phone calls.

Driving complaint, 6:10 p.m.: A 21-year-old woman was suspected of terrorizing curbs and residents on Fawn Drive.

Dispute, 7:48 p.m.: A dispute at McDonald's earned a call to police. No report if the last fry was involved.

Dog barking, 10:18 p.m.: A dog's vocal talents were not appreciated by a Parkview Drive neighbor.

Fight, 1:10 a.m.: The sheriff's office received a report of a punch out at the Hideaway Bar and Grill. No winners were identified.

Dog at large, 9:55 a.m.: A report of a dog at large on Fifth Street. No report on if it was a large dog at large, or a small one.

Illegal dumping, 8:57 a.m.: Somebody seems to have mistaken the Azalea Park ball fields parking lot for a dump site and left a sofa there.

Suspicious conditions, 6:51 a.m.: A Hannan Lane resident called police to find out if anyone knew what is causing her pipes to vibrate.

Accident, 12:55 p.m.: No one was injured in a vehicle accident near Worlton Auto Body. Convenient place to bend a fender.

Barking dog, 4:59 p.m.: A report of a barking dog on Iris Street. Ever wonder why there aren't any reports of meowing cats?

Phone harassment, 7:33 p.m.: McDonald's reported received harassing phone calls. Burger King employees were not suspected.

Phone harassment, 11:45 a.m.: Somebody called Kalmiopsis Elementary School to ask if their refrigerator was running.

Fight, 5:13 p.m.: A Brookings officer broke up a fight at a Pacific Avenue location. Five teens were interviewed following the fisticuffs. The bout was called a draw.

Loud subjects, 1:53 a.m.: A 50-year-old man using his outside voice in the 200 block of Wharf Street earned the ire of a neighbor and a call to police.

Loud music, 12:34 p.m.: A Mountain Drive resident was reported for sharing his music with neighbors.

Dog at large, 12:42 p.m.: A dog was reported at Kalmiopsis Elementary School. He was not admitted. Classrooms are already full.

Disoriented subject, 2:10 p.m.: Police were called to the Star of the Sea to orient a disoriented individual.

Criminal mischief, 8:08 a.m.: A report of somebody with too much time on their hands and no conscience at a Ransom Avenue address.

Harassment, 11:31 a.m.: A report of somebody having a really bad day near Ray's.

Injured deer, 12:39 p.m.: A report of an injured deer on Marina Heights Road. No report on if the deer was able to walk it off.
