Moderators John317 Posted January 26, 2011 Moderators Share Posted January 26, 2011 Jesus may not be coming for another 2000 years. Have you ever pondered the possibility? Yes. He won't come until the church is ready, and that means individual believers like you and me need to be ready. "Being ready" means washing our robes in the blood of the Lamb and having on the wedding clothes, which is "fine linen, clean and bright." It is the robe of Christ's righteousness, which is both the imputed and the imparted righteousness of Christ. It means being sealed by the Holy Spirit and ready to go through the end-time events. God is not waiting for a particular time but for a particular spiritual condition. He doesn't come because as a church and people, we are not ready. The same principle applies here as applied to the children of Israel on the border of the land of Canaan. We're on the borders of the heavenly Canaan. They were in rebellion against God and against His prophet and therefore God swore they would die in the wilderness and their bodies become fertilizer. We are repeating their history. That is why Jesus waits. Study Hebrews 3 & 4 along with Rev. 3: 14-22. You're right about the possibility of Christ not coming for another 2,000 years. Why should he come if those who claim to belong to Him don't really want Him to? He's going by our actual lives, not by our claims. Quote John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. [17] For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

Mmmmmmmmmmm, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, good! Not so fast brother! let us know if you still feel the same after reviewing what I have enclosed below! I found this special "cheese," that you might be interested in: Casu Marzu. This cheese is the world's most smelly dirty cheese. It's a cheese from Southern Italy and it's totally rotten with worms/maggots in it. When they open the cheese, all the maggots literally jump out of it. In most EU countries this cheese is forbidden. That's how great this cheese is! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNHL7rWhbLQ&feature=related Quote "People [rarely] see...the bright light which is in the clouds..." Dr. Shane
I was raised on a farm in Wisconsin. We had a cheese factory six miles down the road. Stick with the good stuff. Eat Wisconsin cheese. Overaged
This would rank close to second for The World's Filthiest Cheese: Head Cheese is not actually cheese, but a jellied meat dish made from the head of a pig or calf. Occasionally, a sheep’s or cow’s head may be used. Head cheese typically takes the form of a large sausage and is served sliced as a cold cut. Alternatively, it may be made in a mold or pan and served as a terrine. It is usually eaten slightly chilled or at room temperature, to prevent the gelatin from melting.
