Guest truthseeker007
About 8 months ago me and my girlfriend weren t very close anymore. I thought she didn t love me very much anymore. So i dated another girl 8 months ago. I broke up with my girlfriend and she was very sad about it. She didn t deserve the pain i ve caused her. Then i came to understand that my new girlfriend was kind of traumatised. It was my intention to help her; she came from a broken family, was a drug addict, was taken to a mental institution where she received electoshock therapy, she was used as an assassin to kill other criminals, was forced to give lapdances and almost forced into prostitution, she was raped and nearly beaten to death by her ex boyfriend. Now after all this she is doing quite well again, her grades are good, she is very healthy and happy, her ex bf is gone for good, she is safe now. But here I am, broken the heart of an innocent girl, helped this other girl, but her pain is my pain too. Now i hate myself for causing pain, i feel weak and hurt and i don t know what to do. If it is not too much asked, would you please pray that God will comfort me with his holy spirit? much thanks in advance
Administrators Gail Posted March 24, 2011 Administrators Share Posted March 24, 2011 TS, have you been honest with both women and told them about your guilty feelings? An, "I'm sorry" can go a long way. The evidence that you have remorse over the pain you caused is a good sign that the Holy Spirit is working with your heart. :) Quote Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. Members phkrause
Will be praying TS Quote phkrause By the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of God, our nation will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan and that the end is near. {5T 451.1}
