Okay - since no one is contributing - I will get us started.

With this - I could really surprise my neighbors and they would have no idea what hit them.

An Ibanez Jem

A 200 watt Mesa-Boogie amp

A studio where I could spend the rest of my days playing music

Nice: gotta have a handle!

I think this thread could have a few categories:

Deep-and-meaningful: world peace

Realistic: 'REAMDE', the new(ish) Neal Stephenson novel I haven't read yet

Dream-wise: Similar vein to Empty Cross, but a Gibson Les Paul and a Marshall stack... rockin' out old school.

As it is, I'll be with my beloved family, staying near a beach in Australia... absolutely nothing to complain about!

Truth is important

Oh dude I would not say no to the LP and Marshall!

I am just convinced that if I get the Jem I would be able to play like Vai LOL

I would like a full body massage, with sea salt scrub.

For what will a man be profited, if he gains the whole world, and forfeits his soul? Mat. 16:26

A big hug from the grandchickie! And from the other chickies, too!

And while I'm at it, a hug to the relation on the other generational side- my 86-year-old dad!

Then all the rest of the family :)

Aw, let's throw in the dogs, too!

Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

I had a really hard time making a list to send to my kids. I don't have a lot of money to spend on things I want but don't need, so I seldom think about such things. But I did eventually manage to think of a few things. I put a Kindle on my list, even though I prefer actual books, because my bookcases are full, and I don't want to part with any more of the ones I have left after donating over 200 to the library a couple of years ago. There is no room in my house for more bookcases either.

I would say "I want my broken right wrist healed by Christmas," but that would take a major miracle, considering how badly it was broken.

My feet became tangled in some brush along the side of the road while I was out taking a walk. I put out my hand to break my fall, and broke my wrist in 2 places.

Catherine, WOW! How dreadful! I pray that it heals nicely, without any after effects!

AND that you have a nice Christmas. Please say hi to KittyB for me! :)

By the decree enforcing the institution of the papacy in violation of the law of God, our nation will disconnect herself fully from righteousness. When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with spiritualism, when, under the influence of this threefold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan and that the end is near. {5T 451.1}

I'm getting a cord of wood for my neighbor, before he calls (like last year) and says the house is cold and the babies are crying. :)

I consider "Santa" to be a fat, perverted glutton who let me down a lot when I was a kid. I don't actually believe in asking him for anything. I give to as many people as I can this time of year.
