I would thank the Lord and than I would give him his share. Than payoff all my relatives bills. Than help out where I can.

Definitely, have a heart attack - and then find whether I'll be given wings of feathers or leather.

Feathers are too busy, yes? Then again, leather with hooks to hang from is just not me. No style, and sulfurous. Prefer Guerlain Vetiver. :(

Tin cloth, mebbe. Okay, I'll settle for tin cloth.

Lucky-lucky, lucky-lucky, lucky-lucky... bwink

Depending on how much I won......

I would pay off all my bills, help out a few friends - set them up for life.

Then I would disappear. Probably somewhere in Northern Europe.

I was told that SDA disapproves of gambling of any kind and would not accept tithing if it came from gambling proceeds.

I have a story about that. (I may have told it before - if so just enjoy it again)

The first time the lottery went to 21 million here in BC I was at the store and was going to buy a ticket. My wife and I had a set bunch of numbers that we always played. I looked at my money and I had enough to either buy milk or the ticket. I decided that for once in my life I would be a mature adult and buy the milk.

So Saturday night came along and for some bizarre reason I thought I would watch the draw on TV. All 6 of the numbers we always played came up. No other winner so we would have had it all.

Now that is not the worst part of the story. The worst part is that I had not told my wife that I did not buy the ticket and she thought we had won the lottery. That might have been the hardest conversation I have ever had to have in my life.

Do you have any idea how much milk I could have bought for 21 million?!?

EC if you had bought the ticket instead of the milk we would have lost ... you probably wouldn't be here sharing with us!

I must admit I seriously considered buying a ticket this time. Stats say that the average person spends $5.00 on tickets so I took $5.00 and put it into my savings account. Guess that means I won't have to decide what I would do with all of that money :)

On the news today they disclosed the guaranteed way to win the lottery. It is a sure fire way. Did anyone hear it also?

I think the first rule of winning is that you have to enter....which

sort of reduces my chances.

Well, you could lose it like that, or you could lose it by being one of the 175 million plus people who bought tickets, and aren't going to win it.

Nobody would know...

"Absurdity reigns and confusion makes it look good."

"Sinless perfection is such a shallow goal."

"I love God only as much as the person I love the least."

*Forgiveness is always good news. And that is the gospel truth.

(And finally, the ideas expressed above are solely my person views and not that of any organization with which I am associated.)
