M. T. Cross
Great article, and true. For the last 20 years my morning has been as follows. Get up, pour coffee, smoke 2 cigarettes with coffee, get another coffee, smoke 2 more cigarettes, shower brush teeth etc. get dressed, try to remember to grab something for lunch, usually forget, go to work. I can function well like that. However, over the course of the last 2 months my morning has changed. Get up, pour coffee, have a nutritious breakfast, do some spiritual things, go for a smoke, shower - brush teeth etc, get dressed grab a lunch for work and leave. I function with interest now. Now this started as part of the ever ongoing effort to cut down/quit smoking, but the over all effect has been stunning
Stan
ahhhh smoking... I found it easy to quit, I quit a zillion times.. Then one day I decided to. What a difference that made, made me feel like I could accomplish anything. If you decide to do such, will cheer you on, if you decide not to that is fine as well.
