To download itunes on either windows or mac, go to: http://www.apple.com/itunes/ It's a free download, and so far, I think all the podcasts are free too. Then you just go to the music store in itunes, and search the different podcasts. The SDA one is under "religion/spirituality". It will play back on your computer through itunes, you don't need an ipod to listen to it. Looks like there are Christian sermons to download.
