I don't know how La Sierra will eventually play out. Lets pray the darkest hour has passed and the dawn approaches. God Himself IS in control, watching carefully, reproving and punishing those whom He loves. My experience has been folks like this fine young golfer emerge stronger with a firmer foundation! Men of power are those who have been baffled, thwarted and confused.

Interesting how quickly people will think 'bad' about an organization if the info they are given confirms their suspicions. The 'site' has an agenda and is not connected to the SDA church for a reason. We do have some people on these forums that I think could be best considered.....

Well, draw your own conclusions, it sure ain't positive regardless of their claim to support the Church...only if it follows their private beliefs or interpretations of the truth. That site is a support of such.

If you wish to be upset at the story, you could get upset at Louie Bishop--the author. No one told him to write it; he simply wrote the account a couple years after it happened. I am glad he did.

In spite of your attempt to besmirch ADvindicate, they publish many articles on a variety of topics, and do a decent job of it. Wisbey's totalitarian abuses at La Sierra, if true, are going to come out--and they are. "Be sure your sin will find you out" (Numbers 32:23).
