Which Islamic Countries are the SDA active in?

Hello all,

Just wondering what Islamic nations the SDA are able to operate in?

The Salvation Army are in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kuwait, Iraq, Indonesia, Mali and the United Arab Emirates. They are in several African nations as well that have large muslim populations but are not necessarily regard as muslim nations unlike these others.

If I'm not mistaken in all those countries. I also remember they were, if not still there, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, etc. We also used to be in Lebanon, but some time back in the 70s or 80s we had to leave. They had a publishing house there that I wanted to work at, but never got a chance to. I just read an article in the, I believe the "World Review" magazine, that the SDA Church is opening up an office or something like that there again. I'll have to see if I can find that article.

I know that SDAs are the only Christian group allowed to enter the Muslim island of Mindanou, Philipines.

have you seen this video on bring the gospel to Islam Turkey? it is the first in the series. Steven Dicky (sp?) had an incredible evangelistic experience in Turkey.

I would hope there'd be no problem entering Lebanon. 35% of the country is Christian and by law the president has to be Christian.
