fifiqueen Posted July 31, 2005 Share Posted July 31, 2005 Hello all, I'm a bit of a cheeky monkey I've not been around for a while but I'm back to remind you of Christine Wall's CA Challenge to raise $1000 dollars Breast Cancer Research so that she can match it with another $1000 dollars. I've been training really hard to complete a 60Km walk over two days on 24/25th September for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Too many women are suffering at the hands of breast cancer and in the UK alone a 1000 women die every month of this disease. I've so far raised £300 of the minimum of £1500 that I need to raise. From Club Adventist I have raised £85.00 which is about $160 dollars. I am sure that we can rise to Christines's Challenge. I am determined to do this. If I can't raise the £1500 then Breakthrough will not allow me to walk so all my training will be in vain. Those of you who have been here for a while will know of my struggle with my weight and that I previously weighed over 4 stones (which I think is about 35 pounds) heavier than I do now. God has really blessed me and I want to do something for others. So I am appealing to you to click this link, my donation page and make a donation ASAP.
