John W. (Jack) Pearman, 85, of Symsonia, died at 2:16 p.m. Monday, May 6, 2013, at Lourdes hospital.

Mr. Pearman was a member of the Paducah Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was a retired Naval veteran with 30 years of service, retiring as a Chief E7. After retirement he also worked for Shawnee Steam Plant.

Surviving are his three children, David McNeill, Kathy Liskey, and Diane Boss, all of Symsonia; one sister, Janet Behrens of Hot Springs, Ark.; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Pearman, and two brothers.

Funeral services with military rites will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Keeling Family Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Altrogge officiating. Burial will follow in Fooks Cemetery in Marshall County. Friends may visit with the family Saturday, May 11, 2013, from 5-8 p.m. at Keeling Family Funeral Home.
