On Wednesday the 10th they took a charter bus from Medford to SeaTac airport by Seattle to get their Thursday flight to Louisiana. After work I drove down to the Marriott to see the team and cheer them on. I also made a plaque from eastern maple and quilted elm in the team colors with a plate which read: In appreciation of ADAM "BOOMER" BRADFIELD for inspiring your Phoenix-Talent 2005 Babe Ruth 15 y.o. team I presented this to the team, so that they can give it to Boomer when they get back home. After the presentation, my brother asked me to have prayer in his room with the whole team. We prayed for travelling mercies and for strength and courage for Adam and his family.
