HOMELAND SECURITY STOPS MEDIA FROM FILMING THE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION...

Thank you Mook. Your news and updates are a great source of comfort to me. I am still not able to get any communications through. Cell and phone towers badly damage from what I have learned. I am trying to get in touch with my bro-in-law in North Louisiana that also does insurance claims to see what they might know.

Also a report from lady that says her husband is insurance claims adjuster was just posted.

--------------------------------------

Good morning. Just heard from my husband who has made it back to Mandeville. New Orleans is under Marshall Law.

Homeland security is keeping the media from filming or reporting how bad it really is. (there are literally bodies floating in the street in New Orleans) They are trying to control the panic and pandemonium that would occur if broadcast to the nation. I think Mandeville and parts north faired well. Unfortunately, it does not sound like the same can be said for Slidell.

Not sure when I will be returning. My husband will start adjusting claims as soon as they begin to come in. Of course, people are not reporting damage because they don´t know what damage to claim. At least we know the insurance companies are on the ball.

exactly what i told the forum days ago before the cane hit...the media will not be allowed to film dead bodies floating in the streets...looters everywhere...

this what the end times will look like folks...just like this

Erhm... Yes. That's what I've been saying!

Hence Clio's Puzzle Pieces.

All readers may not see it, but there has to be a place to catalog, categorize, and compare. Things are starting to happen quickly. We are soooo close to Jesus return. Closer than many could possibly fathom.

Please know that I dread the coming catastrophes... but even so, my heart leaps within me. He's coming back!!! And I for one, can't WAIT!

I am viewing photos on TV and in the newspapers. I am reading about the totality of the death and destruction. What do you mean that they cannot report?

As to filming dead bodies: That is standard paractice, in militry opperations, and national disasters. The idea is that relatives should not have to view their dead relatives in the print (or TV) media.

I have taken classes in national disasters, from the standpoint of recovery of the remains. One clear directive was that the recovery process could not be photographed if body parts were in view.

That is reasonable.

Don't know Gregory. It's just what was sent to me from a friend and reflects a conversation she was having on another board.

This morning I've seen reports of "bodies hanging in trees" in Mississippi, and there are MSM reports of secondary deaths from lack of critical medical supplies.

There are some things we just dont need to see. When we see devistation going on around us, Im sure we can agree that there is death. But frankly I for one dont need to see the up close reality of that death. Its bad enought for those going through the experience of saving the living by passing by the dead. The dead have gone to their sleep and dont need our prayers. Our prayers are for the living.
