cricket
There is an age old ssaying that suggests that once a person learns to ride a bicycle, he will never forget how to ride a bicycle. Apparently, this adage does not ring true for learning to ride a tricycle. Today I wrecked mine in the woods.

Amelia
I left my living room window open a tad the last few days as its been warm. The landscaping crew for my apt complex has been spreading new barkdust. Today it decided to rain. I came home from work to find barkdust dust all over my window shades, sill and the back of my couch. How bizarre! Clio
Quote: Christine Wall said: Fran, with 851 posts to your name, I say, "What are you waiting for?!? Join in this thread. It's just meant to be a fun place to post whatever's on your mind at the moment!" (And, now that I've said that, I'm asking myself...were the quotation marks necessary? Just what are the rules for quotation marks when one is speaking of one's self who is doing the speaking?) After doing a bit of research, I've discovered that in this OFF TOPIC thread: 7.3% of the posts are made by Margaret Gray, 12.8% of the posts are made by Christine Wall (me), 3.8% of the posts are made by Stan Jensen, 2.7% of the posts are made by Fran, and 9.3% of the posts are made by Amelia. I guess the only one making it truly boring around here is me! I have truly fallen down on posting in this thread. But there's nothing on my mind at the moment except falling down. And that's something I really don't like doing, since I'm in the market for knee surgery next month. Hmmmm. Knee surgery. Now THERE'S something on my mind.
