Members rudywoofs (Pam)
the thing that sorta bothers me about this nomination for conference president is that the "qualifications" (i.e., resume) aren't all that spectacular... in fact, it would probably be rather "ho-hum" if tacked onto a CV of a man... but I don't know her, and perhaps she's got more to offer than is readily apparent... Funny, isn't it, how we accept Grace for ourselves and demand justice for others?
ClubV12
I know a guy whose resume was basically "community organizer" and he became a president...

mel20
"Many Christian leaders started searching for a new approach under the banner of 'spiritual formation.' This new search has led many of them back to Catholic contemplative practices and medieval monastic disciplines,"-- the blasphemous & evil Brian McLaren. I don't know if his agenda will gain a hidden approval by soon to come SECC's woman President, Sandra Roberts. But one certain thing I know is that it shall be really difficult for our church in that conference level to conduct something like "Daniel and Revelation" seminar. Btw, this is extremely a boring seminar. But that's the world really need though.
