Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted June 18, 2014 Moderators Share Posted June 18, 2014 I have spent 20 years working in a hospital where patients sometimes have to be restrained. We would never be allowed to do what it is alleged that the schools are doing. Our legal requirements simply do not allow for such to be done.
