Amelia
I just found out today that my niece, Amanda 20, flew out last Tuesday for Air Force basic. I would love for everyone to say a little prayer for her. She has been struggling with "what do I do with my life" since high school and it would be great if she could make it through basic. Her brother is in the Navy and is currantly somewhere in the gulf. Mom Elosie isnt happy to have both her babies in the service but she is coping. Dad Rich misses his little girl but is secretly happy to have her doing something. Nicodema
I pray she makes it through her training, discovers her life's calling, and does NOT get sent to Iraq! Quote "After such knowledge, what forgiveness?" -- T.S. Eliot
Administrators Naomi Posted January 12, 2006 Administrators Share Posted January 12, 2006 Amelia, I will pray for your neice, her safety and for her parents to be at peace with her choice. It would be most unnerving to have both of your children in the military at this time in history.
