How much time should our legislators be given to study and understand this 142 page bill before they vote on it?

How much time should the people of the United States be given to understand this bill so that they can inform their legislators as to how they want them to vote?

I like to read legal documents.  I consider that I have some limited ability to understand legal documents.  In that first few pages of this bill that I have read, I find that I do not understand what much of it is saying.  I find that I need basic information on what much of it is saying.

I suspect that if I were to do further reading, I would begin to discover sections that I did understand.   But, to what extent do our legislators and the people of the U.S. have the time and the ability to understand in the detail that they should understand.

Well, probably later, I will read some more of it.  But, for now, I am putting it aside.  It is more than I want to grapple with right now.

In the words of Nancy Pelosi they need to pass the bill before they read it. Worked for Obamacare to pass,same should be fair to repeal it
