MADISON COUNTY FIRST COURT IN U.S. TO RECOGNIZE ABORTED FETUS AS PERSON WITH RIGHTS

While many men are not careful and thinking about the possibility of a pregnancy when they engage in sex, many other men who had done what was required of them (marriage and supporting their wives) discovered that they had no rights to protect their unborn children even if their wives decided to abort their child. This has led to support groups for men who were unable legally to protect their unborn children and had to watch while their children were killed. Sadly, this even occurs in SDA hospitals. Finally, a court has ruled that a fetus has rights and a father "to have been" is suing for wrongful death.
