Oh, we can't let "THOSE" people cross into our country illegally but we don't care if our legal citizens leave illegally. The people coming from Belize and Guatamala must not have enough money to bribe whomever is guarding that border now. Heaven knows the Mexican police and military wont do anything unless they get some kind of kickback. We help them with security and they help us. Most people coming over Mexico's southern border are headed for the US anyway. Stan Posted July 13, 2006 Author Share Posted July 13, 2006 It is my understand that illegally entering Mexico from the south can evoke the death penalty. How ever that could be exaggerated as well. I remember when the situation came up, that is being put into place now, A question I had, is there are country that are on Canada's friendly list, that are on the US's, well not-so-friendly list, example Cubans apply to immigrate to Canada, and they do immigrate to Canada, after they have served in the Cuban military etc. Cuba is also the premier vacation place for many Canadians. There are other examples, I believe the original talks were there were going approval from all three counties, not sure the US would by into Cubans coming to Canada. I really think the CNN people flipped out a bit on this... Bush's aim to unite the entire North America in a North American Union -- which would dissolve the border between US and Mexico -- including doing away with the US Dollar and the Mexican peso, and instead using a [--?-- can't recall its name] something like the European EURO, as the currency for both US, Mexico and also Canada. Any conspiracy theory that has the US doing away with the dollar is going to be very hard to believe. Now I could believe the US trying to get Canada and Mexico to use the US dollar as their currency.
