It’s the law:  When ‘governor Ron DeSantis flew 50 people from Texas to Martha’s Vineyard that act may have given them the legal right to remain in the United States.  A Texas Sheriff has certified that they were removed from Texas under false pretenses.  That potentially qualified them to apply for a so-called “U-visa.”  Such immediately gives them a temporary right to remain in the U. S. with the potential for permanent resident status, a “Green card” and the right to be employed while in the U.S. For more information on a “U-visa” see:
