States expected to revisit sports-betting efforts that recently failed include California, Texas, Georgia, Minnesota and Missouri. Why it matters: This has been a debate in nearly every U.S. legislature since the Supreme Court struck down a federal ban on sports betting in 2018, Axios' Analis Bailey reports.
