Moderators Gregory Matthews Posted Tuesday at 12:52 PM Moderators Share Posted Tuesday at 12:52 PM Elias Brasil de Souza, director of the Biblical Research Institute at the General Conference, world headquarters of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Silver Spring, MD, recently received an Honorable Mention award from the Associated Church Press at the Best of the Church Press Awards on May, 17, 2024, for his article “Upholding Scripture in Times of Ethical Relativism.” The article was published in the January 2023 issue of Ministry magazine. We congratulate Elias Brasil de Souza for this award. It demonstrates that Adventist scholarship is recognized and appreciated for its quality and theological contribution beyond the narrow boundaries of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
