Stan Posted February 15, 2007 Posted February 15, 2007 While I did cease to be a fan of the Bush administration, I do have to say, that if the negotiated deal with North Korea is everything it appears to be, I have to say Well Done Mr Bush & Team When you can do things in the best Interest of many, rather than the best interest of the Administration at the time, you move up a few notches, quite a few. Woody Posted February 15, 2007 Posted February 15, 2007 I am not sure I would trust any agreement with the North Korean leader. He is one crazy loose cannon. Quote May we be one so that the world may be won. Christian from the cradle to the grave I believe in Hematology.
Members phkrause Posted February 15, 2007 Members Posted February 15, 2007 I would have to agree with you on that redwood. We had a deal I believe when Clinton was President, did we not? And look how that turned out. But I also have to say that we need to say good job to the Bush administration for there efforts. pkrause Quote phkrause Read Isaiah 10:1-13
bevin Posted February 15, 2007 Posted February 15, 2007 We had a good deal when Clinton was president. GWB screwed it up. Now it is looking hopeful that, having been given a thumping at the polls and in Iraq, he has got back to about where he started... /Bevin Quote
David Koot Posted February 15, 2007 Posted February 15, 2007 What kept president Clinton and her husband in line was the Republican Congress. Didn't stop the Clinton's from taking credit for it, though. Quote
bevin Posted February 16, 2007 Posted February 16, 2007 Shame a Republican Congress couldn't keep a Republican president in line... /Bevin Quote

Dr. Shane Posted February 18, 2007 Posted February 18, 2007 The problem with Clinton's deal was that China was not involved. It was broken long before President Bush ever arrived to Washington. Bush has insisted in multilateral talks and it appears that finally has resulted in something. But I am still not convinced the problem is solved. Quote Pastoral Family Counselor...
